Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our Quality Control and Technical Support Department is responsible for ensuring that all products meet international standards & customer specifications before shipment. The team supervises raw material sourcing, production monitoring, inspection, packaging verification, & documentation control. We work closely with certified laboratories and accredited third-party inspection agencies when required, ensuring compliance with applicable food safety, quality, and export regulations. Our technical team also provides support to clients regarding product specifications, certifications, & shipment documentation
Quality Control Procedures
Our quality control procedures are implemented at every stage of the supply chain: 1. Verification of raw materials and supplier compliance 2. Production monitoring and hygiene control 3. Pre-shipment inspection and quantity verification 4. Temperature and packaging checks for frozen products 5. Random sampling and laboratory testing (when applicable) 6.
